Going all in

At the end of October 2007, I said Angelina was again pregnant. At the end of January, I showed ;-) she would be having twins and the due date would be at the end of June. Some time ago, one of the tabloids was saying it’ll be a boy and a girl. A few weeks ago, I reported a story that Maddox has picked Mallory as a girl name. None of this has been confirmed. Brad and Angelina really have never talked publicly about the obvious. The process has been quite entertaining watching Angelina introduce her bump to the world without saying a word in February and now the other day said she “felt kicking suddenly in the middle of the event. It’s a very special time in our lives.”

Today, I’m going to go all in for this game and predict Angelina will give birth on June 27th to a girl name Mallory and a boy named William. Anybody else wanna play along?

BTW, I love the ABC News article on celebrity pregnancy fashion with in depth analysis from the president of A Pea in the Pod. CelebrityPregnancy.com is interesting as well.

Angelina and the boys (minus Brad) were spotted in D.C. at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum on Monday. Later that night, she presented her BFF Mariane Pearl with an award at the Global Leadership Awards. You can see in the picture above, she seems to have that “I wish the baby(s) would stop kicking me” look.

Today, she appeared before the Council on Foreign Relations looking a good bit happier. I bet the baby(s) probably sleep through the day and get active at night.

  • So, while I was away, Brangelina got married. No, wait they didn’t ... same old story. The best marriage rumor episode happened at Lake Como, Italy back in March of 2006. The whole town was on high alert expecting the marriage of the century in their cozy little town.
  • You can see Brad tomorrow, April 9th on Idol Gives Back
Watch for: “Tonight isn’t just about raising money,” Pitt told the screaming crowd. “Sometimes, to help people, we’ve got to travel outside of our comfort zone to really understand another situation.” Now that’s a man who knows what he’s talking about. I like comparing this American Idol special with Oprah’s Big Give. It’s fascinating seeing the high profile Brangelina-Oprah rift continue crossing over into competing prime-time charity shows.
  • BTW: I also liked the cheesy photoshopping The National Enquirer did pinning Jennifer Aniston with a newly adopted baby. I think it was their April 1st edition …
  • I found this interesting article by looking at who’s linking to me: Celebrity Betting odds They’ve got 9-1 odds for a Brangelina baby boy named Shani. What is this, The Kentucky Derby? Call your bookie now to place your bets.

I’ll be on vacation until the 2nd week of April. I doubt I’ll get any computer time where I’m going. Feel free to post any Brangelina news you hear especially concerning the babies in the hopper.

Au revoir ;-)

‘In Touch’ has jumped in and is declaring twins, a boy and a girl. I took the plunge and declared twins 2 months ago. Time will tell.

There’s also talk on the street that if one of the babies is indeed a girl, Maddox has already chosen Mallory as the name. The story originated from Australia. So, it’s got to be gold … we’ll see.

What I do know is that Angelina Jolie currently owns 321 internet domain names. For around $200 bucks, you can obtain a report of those names from domaintools.com. I suppose someone (cough, ... In Touch, cough, ... US Weekly, cough) may be interested in that list to ‘possibly’ get the scoop story on the name(s). I’d wait closer to the due date to obtain it though.

You can do a free search as well to find registered domain names containing the phrase “joliepitt”. Some of course are the ones Angelina has nailed down to protect her children. It may be worth keeping an eye on to see what names get registered over the next few months. One dude in Barcelona, Spain registered marchelinejoliepitt.com earlier this month. That was pretty sly (or foolish) betting $10 they would name one of the babies after Angelina’s mom.
