There’s a long list of DISHONORS to go along with his “honors”, as well. AND he made up about half of his own credentials; ie, they’re lies or don’t actually exist. He included in his honors one that his CLASS recieved back when he was in high school… and presents it as if it were some career honor he earned on his own.

His book “Unmasked” was full of lies and twisted truths. Anyone who knows a lot about MJ can tell you that. Sure, it may have been an interesting read, but that doesn’t make it true. You know, if you want more accuracy, read “The Magic, the Madness, the Whole Story.” It’s still untrue in some parts, but at least we know MOST of it is true, as Michael has even said so himself.

This Brangelina book… I saw it at the bookstore when shopping for Christmas presents, and I was excited until I saw the name “Ian Halperin.” The man LIES. Point blank, plain and simple. Don’t fall into his lies, people. Why support it, just because you wanna feel like you know who Brad and Angelina really are? Just because it FEELS true doesn’t make it true. Consider it fan fiction. Tell-Alls are never good to read… they’re designed to sell.

I suggest you wait for the Auto-Biography, or a supported biography, by someone who the Jolie-Pitts approve.

I’m not saying believe your stars are perfect. I know they’re not. MJ was far from perfect, and so are Brad and Angie… but JUST BECAUSE some book claims to show their flaws doesn’t mean it DOES. It might just be entertainment, and nothing else.

Sure, there’s dirt there. There’s dirt in EVERYONE’s life. But IAN HALPERIN doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about. If you just want to be entertained, feel free to read his book… but don’t take everything he says at face value. Okay? Okay.

But then, I also am not an admirer of Jolie’s. I am not impressed by her attempts at gaining the reputation of a humanitarian. Her efforts all comes across as very desperate and self-serving. In fact, I suspect the rumors of her “displeasure” with President Obama have more to do with her feeling slighted by the current administration. I imagine she was expecting some sort of public acknowledgment for her U.N. sponsored travels. Perhaps hoping to take a more prominent position on the world stage.

In any case, a reputation such as hers , created almost entirely by skillful public relations worker-bees, does not count for a whole lot – even if many in the public buy into it.
I am not by any stretch of the imagination implying that I have Hollywood connections but I have been told that many respected and important members of the Hollywood community make a point of staying away from Jolie: apparently her reputation precedes her.

But as always, the Hollywood marketing machine is oiled and working as furiously as ever.

I think it is utterly disguisting and horrible this bottom-feeder Ian would write such trash about them. It seems that there will always be those miserable few in this world, who have to tear down those that are doing such good, just because he can get the ratings.

I say we boycott the liar and miserable tabloid chaser, Ian Halperin, and support these two bright and amazing people.
