I think alot of Post partum blues is related to trying to do too much, too soon after going through the very traumatic ordeal of giving birth. Rest and relaxation is always a good idea for new mommies and daddies. Best wishes to both of them....hope this completes the family...although their kids are awesomely beautiful and they can afford to have alot more....their is a population explosion going on worldwide and we all need to slow down on the baby making!!!!
