I have to say I was surprised by MD’s comments, not only because he left his first wife, but because he is in hollywood and knows how what APPEARS to be true often is not.

That said, I think it has got to be hard to live your life in the glare of headlights (esp when they flash)—life is hard enough. I feel truly sorry (on a human level) for all involved. I think of JA as milktoast—not interesting enough to deserve criticism. However, one think that Brad said for the W shoot intrigued me. He said (rough paraphrase), he wanted to explore in the photo layout how you can be with a person that is everything you asked for and still not be happy. I felt that that said it all. Somethings things DON’T work out. It’s not necessarily anyone’s fault—you grow apart, you want different things (like children right now or partying right now…), etc.

So, while I wish JA no ill. I wish Brad and Angelina and the family they’re making the best. It’s hard enough to make sense of the world, so when you click with someone, you should go for it!

What on earth did MD think that he can criticize someone’s else romance as an outsider. Besides, he was fooling around with lots of women when he was married to his first wife who had quite a few children with him (more than 5 I thought). Now he’s talking about cherishing what you had, he made me sick!! And we all know what was in Catherine’s mind when she married an old prune to help her Hollywood career. Now just shut up old man and stop judging people. Moreover, Jen never strikes me as a beautiful woman, her big long jaw line often scares me on magazine’s cover. However, beauty is really not that important when it comes to relationship, but may be for someone so shallow as MD is and he thinks Catherine is soooo beautiful (under heavy make up). Besides, Angelina is truly a beauty, inside and out!

I’ve got to admit that Michael Douglas saying anything at all about Brangelina cracks me up. The guy cheated so much on his first wife that when she finally did divorce his ass she wound up with half of his very sizeable bank account, despite all he did to keep that from happening. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $150 MILLION. And for a guy who says he lucked out with CZ-J he seems to have forgotten about the pre-nup he made her sign. A pre-nup isn’t exactly a sign of faith in your life partner, is it?

The other thing he said that ticked me off was that assinine crack about “holding orphans” for Angelina. He said that like there’s something wrong with adopting any of the multitude of orphaned children in this world. Lord knows I’d rather hear about Angie’s orphans than to find out that Michael Douglas has spawned another kid into this world. With such an ignorant father I have to fear for the child’s intelligence level.

That’s not true. Even though there are a lot of negative, jealous and judgemental people out there, there are just as many positive, caring people in America who feel that Brad and Angie are a caring and positive force. It may be true that Brad was not conscious of the plights of world a year ago, so what. He is doing his part now, and even if that was inspired by someone else, be it Angie or Bono, it’s all good. I totally disagree with Missy. I think her fanatacism is way beyond normal. AJ and BP are just normal people with good looks and talent for acting. Unfortunately, they also suffer from various personality disorders. They are souless wayfarers looking for the next part to play in life. Not knowing what to do from day to day, or for that matter hour to hour. Notice BP’s hair color change, AJ’s eyebrow fashions…Both are looking for themselves. Bradley sees it in this new crusade following AJ and her harem of unlucky orphans, and Angie sees good causes to fight for yet she can’t even remedy the problems with her father, Mr. voight. For me there is no issue on Brangelinas relationship. I think it is just pretty lame that all this effort is being put in their defense. What’s the point. Sorry Mel, I just assumed in my haste. And that was wrong. And much of what I say here is just a gushing…a wellspring of enthusiasm and passion about opinions as well. But I must correct your position, I hate Brangelina in all its unglorious splendor and must proclaim its insidiousness especially in contrast as an idealized perception of romance in the eyes of our fledgling youth here in America…just catharticly speaking this is my vehicle, the transport of my humble ideas.
