Where is home?

It’s been reported in various articles that Brad and Angelina have set up a “home” in a Parisian apartment. People are always trying to pin them down to a main base of operation.
Last time, it was D.C. The time before that it was Malibu. Gypsies squat wherever they go in their travels. Celebrities just buy the land wherever they go.
So, my question is: Do you think Brangelina misses out on that warm sense of home that so many of us enjoy? Between filming, UN Goodwilling, and vacationing, where do they call home? Will all the travel leave good childhood memories for Maddox, Z, and baby X when they’re all grown up?

yea its nice to be able to afford as many houses as there are cities int he world,
but what about one to call Home?
I think they must miss it, and that maybe it will affect maddox, baby z and baby x in the long run, will they grow up thinking not havine a Home ( as opposed to a house) is the norm? I mean LOL they will be rich nuff, mad’s the bomb, he’ll be famous in his own right, so they will be taken care of money wise all there life, but Home is an important place. even if you arent there much,. just knowing it is waiting for you when you get there

If Brangelina keep up the love flowing, the kids will be just fine.

I totally agree with you bluepaintred. There’s no place like home but they are celebs, so we dont really know how they think and feel about homes. Maybe home to them is just a place to live in as long as the family is together. And from the pixs that we’ve been getting we know that family is very important to them. They are hardly apart and are inseparable unlike tomkat. Ive never see Katie with Tom’s adopted children. Wonder whats up with that. hmm…
I believe they are on vacation in Paris, and they call Malibu home (just a larger house is needed for their growing brood; Malibu, because they like the school, lots of open spaces, and the beach close by). But, I agree with Toot that home is where the heart is, wherever, as long as they are together, and they seem to be, and the kids will be just fine.
TazSingapore, about Tomkat: I read somewhere that they have joint custody, and the kids spend chunks of time with each parent, like a month or more. Boy, that seems awfully tough on the kids’ schooling and friends.
Back to Brangelina: when is the wedding, perhaps this March in Italy?, which seems to be the next “romantic” European country they have yet to visit.
yeah, i think there’re some setbacks for Mahara not having a “home”…but at the same time, home for them can be anywhere Brangelina is. There aren’t many kids as lucky as Maddox, already travelling half the world b4 the age of 5! The exposure and the learning opportunities, i imagine, must be incredible. My guess is that he’ll grow up matured way beyond his age.
and may i add, not many ADULTS as lucky as him too!

I think they may have a home in both places. As I hear their Malibu home is being renovated to accomedate the growing family.
Plus, it seems more peaceful over seas as they are more able to relax and not be hounded a lot by the papz. I would imagine that alone would relieve the stress greatly for the pregnant mom.
I am very happy for them.
Home really is where the heart is and it would seem they have their hearts together and in the right place.

You must not forget even though they’ve been together for a year,this relationship is still new compared to a whole lifetime! And dont they have their whole life to figure out where to stay? And isnt it normal to look at houses before you move somewhere?they are fully right to move to another country if thats what they want
Being pregnant brings on intense nesting desires. I have a feeling Paris is it folks….for now.

Kitty, as far as I read, after that January 2006 court appearance, they were given their new name, but it takes another court appearance for him to legally become their Dad in the true legal sense, with regards to inheritance and his financial obligations, among other things. That means probably another 4 – 6 months from Jan, which brings us into the May/June time frame, which is none to soon, because then he will be dealing with his newborne also. Mind you, I am not a lawyer, so you lawyers in the house, please have at it.

Intense love for Brad and Angelina. Sooo happy for them. Maddox and Zahara couldn’t have been more blessed that Angelina found them to be her own. Brad’s love came in extra for them. Seems like they are settling down in Paris for a bit because they don’t want to deal with the hype in America. I just enjoy keeping tabs on them. Saw their Mr. and Mrs. movie several times at the theater because I just enjoyed them inner acting together. I pray that they will be fine and the new baby healthy. The Pitt-Jolie’s are my favorites. Just watching them globetrot is neat. Oh what fun it must be.

I have been following this relationship from before it was a well-known discussion object and I am an old member of BAMZ Arena (www.bradandangelina.net) So I can express that sometimes I think the discussions in here go out of hand. Like: are B and A bad parents because they dont have only ond home,or is the relationship bad if they will never get married in a traditional way? all I am saying is,nothing will change them for what they are together, especially not us!
But to be gentle and answer the topic,I will say: it doesnt matter where in the world they are as long as they are doing what THEY feel is the best for them. And to be honest I dont think they care where they are,because they are feeling home being together..but I really dont like talking about how they feel,cause it’s no ones business
Good for you, BB, for being an old time fan. I started to visit this site about a few months back and I love Brangelina. I come here to share and talk about my favorite movie stars, and I like the discourse and the interaction of the fans. And yes, we sometimes talk about what we think is happening or what, and, how we think things are going, and that is perfectly OK, because that’s what fans do. That’s what this site is all about. so true AND none of us really think that brad or angie will actually read this and think, oh my god , they are right! i mean come on even if they read this, they are leaders not followers so they will do what they want and we will continue to talk about their choices and how we feel about it, and what we would have done different, but since we arent them, what differenc does it make to say how we tink they feel? its not like it will affect them!

i think that they enjoy all of their traveling whenever you see them in a magazine or on t.v wherever they go you can tell that they have a good time. and anyways why would they want to go back to california, just so that they can be disturbed by the paparazzi.

i think it’s totally disgusting how they have flaunted there relationship in jennifer’s face . angelina may have alot of good qualities however what did she just teach her children by being pregnant while the fatjer is still married
